In an effort to provide a clean, safe environment for our staff and clients, we will ensure that our spa is sanitized daily and before/after each client. We will also wear face masks and/or shields and gloves, as your health, as well as our own, is our utmost concern.
With the re-opening of our spa, there will be some guidelines we need to follow to ensure compliance and safety of our facility and our clients.
*You must have your temp taken upon arrival
*You must wear a mask during your treatment (excluding facial treatments). If you arrive without one, you can purchase one from us for $1
*You must wash/sanitize your hands prior to your treatment
*No extra people are allowed during your treatment. Please do not bring children with you.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will go towards the service being scheduled. The amount of the deposit depends on the service being booked ($25, $50, or $100 for larger services). The deposit secures the date and time. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the appointment.
For women who still have menstrual cycles, body contouring should not be performed during your cycle to avoid heavy or heavier flow due to the pressure from the body contouring procedures. It is YOUR responsibility to schedule your appointments accordingly and notify Embodee'd staff immediately if your cycle comes early and interferes with your already scheduled appointment so that it can be rescheduled once your cycle has completely ceased.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the required paperwork associated with your service.
*Remember that we are located in midtown, where parking can be difficult. Please allow yourself enough time to find parking and still be 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, if you're too late, then we will need to reschedule your appointment. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will still apply, so please plan accordingly.
Please do not bring young children with you to your appointment, as we do not have a place for them to wait or to be watched by any of our staff. This is a place of business and relaxation and we'd like to continue to provide that environment for all of our customers.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the non-refundable deposit on standard appointments and $25 for each occurrence on package appointments. Any cancellations or reschedules 24+ hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be able to transfer the deposit already paid to the next appointment. We do understand that life happens and certain situations may not bring to mind a phone call to us and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment based on our policy, as our schedules are by appointment only and our time is just as important.

We are unable to process any refunds or reimburse any payment transaction on any unused service or packaged services. We will, however, exchange them for other services of equal value or hold them for you for future use, up to 6 months.
Gratuity is not included in the price of your service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the technician in the room or upon check-out when the remaining payment is due.
Coupon/discount codes must be entered at the time of scheduling your regular treatment appointment to receive the discount. Coupons/discount codes cannot be combined or used on treatment packages, gift certificates, or monthly maintenance subscriptions.
